These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the coaching services delivered by The Pure Health Coach Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (the "Company", "we", "our", or "us"), to any client (the "Client", "you", or "your").

By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any coaching services, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. SERVICES

We provide holistic health, lifestyle, mindset, and wellness coaching services, primarily through 1:1 sessions, with the possibility of occasional in-person intensives. Services may include personalised coaching, strategy sessions, lifestyle guidance, and related resources or materials. These are not medical services and do not constitute treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.

Coaching may include integrative modalities such as breathwork, guided meditation, inner child exploration, and shadow work, where appropriate. These are intended solely for self-awareness and personal development and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

2. DURATION AND SCHEDULING

• The structure and duration of your coaching package will be outlined upon enrolment.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all packages must be used within 9 months from the start date.
• Sessions are typically scheduled via our online booking system (e.g. Kartra) and are subject to availability and mutual agreement.
• You are responsible for booking your sessions within the specified timeframe.

3. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & MISSED SESSIONS

• Minimum 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule a session.
• Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the session will result in the session being forfeited, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may be treated as a missed session.
• Missed sessions (no-shows) are not refundable or replaceable.
• In cases of ongoing commitment and clear communication, some flexibility may be offered, but this is not guaranteed.

4. PAYMENTS

• Payment is required either:
  • In full upfront, or
  • 50% upfront, with the remaining 50% due within 30 days of enrolment.
• Your space is only confirmed once payment is received and these T&Cs are accepted.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Any additional services, retreats, or extensions will be quoted and invoiced separately.

5. NATURE OF COACHING

• Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process.
• Results depend on your engagement, effort, and personal responsibility.
• No outcomes are guaranteed.
• Our coaching is not a substitute for professional medical advice, psychological counselling, or any licensed healthcare services.
• If you are under the care of a medical or mental health professional, please consult them before beginning coaching.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

• All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential.
• We will not share your personal information without your explicit consent, unless required by law or where there is a risk of harm.
• We also request that you treat all materials, processes, and session content as confidential and do not share with third parties.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT

• All content, materials, methods, and frameworks shared with you are the intellectual property of The Pure Health Coach Ltd.
• This includes but is not limited to: PDFs, videos, audio recordings, worksheets, processes, emails, branding, frameworks, session recordings, and proprietary methods.
• You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials during your coaching engagement only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, share, modify, publish, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
• Public content (e.g. social media posts, blogs, masterclasses, presentations) remains the intellectual property of The Pure Health Coach Ltd. You may not reuse or republish any portion of this content without clear attribution or written permission.

8. SESSION RECORDINGS

• Sessions may be recorded (with notice), primarily for your personal development and reflection.
• Recordings, if provided, are for your personal use only and must not be shared, published, or reused.
• We reserve the right to use anonymised themes and learnings in future content, with your identity always protected.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• While we are committed to providing a high standard of service, we are not liable for any decisions you make or actions you take as a result of coaching.
• You acknowledge full responsibility for your health, wellbeing, and personal development.
• We disclaim all liability to the extent permitted by law for any direct or indirect loss or damage you may suffer as a result of using our services.

10. NON-COMPETE & NON-DISCLOSURE

You agree not to replicate, teach, resell, or integrate our coaching methods, tools, or materials into your own services, business, or offerings without written permission.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

13. ACCEPTANCE

By ticking the acceptance box and submitting payment, you confirm that you:

• Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
• Are entering into a binding agreement with The Pure Health Coach Ltd
